Laura Greenfield
Laura is currently working for creative writing charity Arvon, where she is managing a fundraising campaign to create a International Writers' Centre. She has worked in fundraising and administration at a number of arts organisations, including LIFT (London International Festival of Theatre) and Clean Break, and has just completed a Masters in Charity Marketing and Fundraising at London South Bank University. Her dissertation considered how government subsidy affects the financial health of arts organisations.She graduated from Cambridge University in 2004 with a degree in Philosophy and experience of producing student shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Cambridge Arts Theatre and on tour around Europe. She became a trustee of Phakama in July 2011, and has been Chair of emerging theatre company fanSHEN since 2006. She recently took a three-month sabbatical to travel by train from Shanghai to the UK, but most days can now be found travelling by train from Cambridge to London. She's a recent convert to twitter, where you can find her on @LauraVNG.
